Hello, I'm Lucas Fernando. I'm glad you're here. This is a place to discover a bit about me, what I do, and how I can help you.
I have always been very focused and dedicated to my studies, and I have always wanted to build a solid career with the intention of positively impacting people's lives. I graduated in Psychology and quickly fell in love with the organizational field, and this passion grew stronger as I understood the importance of this professional in companies, both for the company and for the employees. After my graduation, during my journey into the job market, I discovered Data Analysis and realized how it can integrate with Psychology and vice versa. Throughout my journey, I remain strong despite the challenges (the main one being the issue of experience). However, I believe it is a matter of time, as I am working to compensate for the lack of experience by staying updated and learning more. I know that there is a company that will recognize this and give me the opportunity to do what I have been dedicated to, and I will seize this opportunity with courage, determination, and commitment, which will bring me good results.
After this opportunity, I plan to pursue an MBA in Organizational Psychology and Data Science, as well as seek better courses in English, Italian, and German. I aim to build a well-strengthened career plan.

I am determined and data- and results-oriented, I am also Analytical, creative and intuitive and I believe that these skills will allow me to deliver good results.
