In this project, I developed a lead analysis report for the course 'Profissão do Século' with the aim of providing a detailed and strategic view of the quality of leads generated from various marketing strategies, to optimize sales and enhance client acquisition. The report integrates diverse data, offering essential insights for commercial management and enabling the implementation of improvements in acquisition strategies. 📊🔍

The report includes an in-depth analysis of the following key indicators:

Lead Efficiency and Quality:

• Efficiency Rate: Number of utilized leads divided by the total number of leads.
• Number of invalid leads.
• Number of duplicate leads.
• Rate of invalid leads.
• Rate of duplicate leads.

Sales Performance:

• Total sales.
• Revenue.

Lead Analysis by Channel and Status:

• Total number of leads.
• Number of leads by acquisition channel.
• Number of leads by status.
• Number of leads by team.
• Number of leads by State.

Temporal Analysis and Investment:

• Time of lead acquisition.
• Number of leads per month.
• Investment.

The report provides a clear and detailed view of lead quality and the efficiency of marketing strategies, allowing commercial managers to track and optimize sales. Additionally, it includes dynamic filters and interactive charts for a more in-depth and personalized data analysis

In this project, I developed a DataExpert Dashboard with the aim of providing a detailed and strategic view of revenue performance and team productivity. The Dashboard integrates diverse data to optimize analysis and decision-making, highlighting areas for improvement and identifying relevant patterns to maximize performance and efficiency. 📊🔍

The Dashboard offers an in-depth analysis of the following key indicators:

Overview and Temporal Evolution:

• Revenue analysis over the months between 2021 and 2023.
• Revenue by month.
• Year-over-year (YoY) revenue comparison.
• Revenue and period comparison.
• Key KPIs: Revenue, Revenue vs. Target, Gross Margin, Invoices Issued, Average Ticket.

Team Performance Analysis:

• Revenue by supervisor and manager.
• Sales performance relative to targets.
• Identification of salespeople who did not meet targets and did not show growth compared to the previous year.

Product Margin Analysis:

• Revenue and percentage margin by product.
• Sales performance relative to targets.

Recommendations:

• Identify customer segments that consume these products the most and create specific strategies to serve them.
• Provide targeted promotional campaigns for declining products, such as discounts, promotional packages, or gifts, to encourage customers to purchase.
• Analyze customer feedback to understand possible reasons for low performance. Issues with quality, customer service, or the shopping experience could be factors.
• Consider introducing training, such as sales workshops and leadership training, to update and enhance lower-performing teams.

The Dashboard not only facilitates a clear view of critical indicators but also enables segmented analysis and the identification of areas that require special attention. Additionally, the system includes smart filters and interactive charts for more dynamic and customizable analysis.

In this project, I developed a People Analytics Dashboard with the aim of providing a detailed and strategic view of human resource management, optimizing the analysis and decision-making related to the team. The Dashboard integrates various data, such as demographics, turnover, and employee performance, to identify patterns and areas for improvement, assisting in the creation of more effective strategies for talent retention and development. 📊🔍

The Dashboard offers an in-depth analysis of the following key indicators:

Demographic Distribution: Identification of the composition by gender, marital status, and age group of active employees, providing a clear view of the diversity and profile of the team.

Turnover Analysis: Detailed analysis of turnover rates by gender, marital status, and age group, allowing an understanding of the main causes and patterns of turnover.

Turnover by Area and Position: Identification of the areas and positions with the highest turnover, segmented by gender and year, to direct specific retention and improvement actions in critical areas.

Performance Evaluations: Comparison of leadership and interpersonal skills scores between genders, as well as specific analyses for different areas, aiming to improve development programs and align expectations.

Payroll Analysis: Analysis of payroll distribution, benefits, and overtime.

The Dashboard not only facilitates a clear view of critical indicators but also enables segmented analysis and the identification of areas that require special attention. Additionally, the system includes smart filters and interactive charts for more dynamic and customizable analysis.

This report demonstrated the need for further research to better understand certain demands. In this report, we identified:

• The higher turnover rate among men may indicate specific gender-related issues that need to be addressed to reduce turnover.
• The high turnover rate among single employees may be related to factors such as mobility or dissatisfaction, warranting further investigation.
• The low turnover rate among older employees suggests greater retention of these professionals, possibly due to their experience and career stability.
• There is a discrepancy in leadership and interpersonal skills scores.

Suggestions:

• Training and Development: Implement training programs focused on teamwork and communication skills to improve collaboration and effectiveness.
• Demand and Benefits Analysis: Review the demands and working conditions in the Financial, Administrative, Operational, and Logistics areas, where turnover is higher. Consider salary and benefits adjustments, especially for critical positions such as Manager, Financial Analyst, and Administrative Director.
• Retention Strategies: Develop specific strategies to reduce turnover among single employees and men by addressing possible causes of dissatisfaction and improving the work environment.
