Demographic Distribution: Identification of the composition by gender, marital status, and age group of active employees, providing a clear view of the diversity and profile of the team.

Turnover Analysis: Detailed analysis of turnover rates by gender, marital status, and age group, allowing an understanding of the main causes and patterns of turnover.

Turnover by Area and Position: Identification of the areas and positions with the highest turnover, segmented by gender and year, to direct specific retention and improvement actions in critical areas.

Performance Evaluations: Comparison of leadership and interpersonal skills scores between genders, as well as specific analyses for different areas, aiming to improve development programs and align expectations.

Payroll Analysis: Analysis of payroll distribution, benefits, and overtime.
